We provide architectural design and development as well as construction management services for NDHC’s own projects and those of other developers. We specialize in “Sustainable Design” which improves the quality of materials used throughout each project and is safe for the residents and sustainable the environment.
Current Developments: In Design and In Construction Stages
Park Plaza : This is an existing 26-unit apartment building with all units currently available at less than or equal to 60% AMI with four units at 30% AMI. NDHC is also building a new 10-unit building, over the existing surface parking lot, that will include 4 units at 70% and 6 units at 80% AMI. We are renovating the units in the existing apartment building as tenants vacate.
Gaylord : This is an existing building undergoing conversion from office to residential rental units.
Pearl : The 1600 Pearl Street Apartments will provide affordable mixed-income workforce housing, able to support households of every AMI and bedroom unit type. Our units will consist of 158-units (20-unit preservation and 138-unit new construction) serving households at 30%, 50%, 60%, 80%, and 90% AMI, with fifteen 3BD/2BA units which are at market rate (120% AMI).
