The eHome America online curriculum we offer meets CHFA requirements for Home Buyer Education and is designed to take up to 8 hours to complete.
- **Starting, Tuesday, November 1st, full payment of $75 will be charged per user. Pricing is subject to change and will be reflected on the website.
- There is a 30 Minute Follow-Up Counseling Session required for both the Borrower and Co-Borrower.
*Note: You will need to fill out our disclosures before your eHome session with Housing Counselor, Helen Taylor. The disclosure forms will be sent once you have reached out to Helen Taylor at htaylor@nedenverhousing.org
After completing the disclosure forms, you may:
- Fax your signed Disclosure Forms to: (303) 399-8872, Attention: eHome Disclosures “Name of Housing Counselor”.
- E-mail your signed Disclosures Forms to: htaylor@nedenverhousing.org
REMEMBER: AN APPOINTMENT WILL ONLY BE SCHEDULED IF YOUR COURSE IS 100% COMPLETE AND WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SIGNED DISCLOSURE FORMS.
Your Certificate of Completion will be issued to you at the end of your counseling session.
*CHFA-approved homebuyer education providers are experiencing a high volume of attendees at their online classes. We encourage all borrowers to register for a class as soon as possible and well in advance of the loan closing in order to avoid any loan closing delays.*
