TIME: 11am to 4pm
DATES: Saturday, April 15th, 2023 | Saturday, May 20th, 2023
Certificates of completion are issued the day of class and are valid for one year.
**Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus NDHC is currently limiting seating for in person class. NDHC will continue to conduct in person workshops in line with guidance from the CDC. CHFA is still offering online home buyer education course. Please click here for more information.

The building is handicap accessible and there is plenty of free on street parking available.
