Tutoring impacts at Moline & Northfield Apartments

Success Stories:

1. 7th-grade student improved from a D to a B in reading. His teacher expressed pride in his progress, and the student himself was proud of his accomplishments. He developed confidence by mastering cursive writing, a skill not typically taught. He was excited to share his signature with his teacher and now supports his peers in learning cursive. He stated, “As long as we have tutoring, I will always come.”

2. 3rd-grade student who struggled with multiplication now excels and has also started learning division. She enthusiastically took division worksheets home to practice and shared, “I feel so smart. You give us the attention that our teachers do not.” She embraced the program with enthusiasm.

3. A reluctant 4th-grade student struggled with motivation but is now thriving. She mastered multiplication and long division and improved her writing skills. Her teacher noted significant growth in both her academic and confidence. She looks forward to tutoring.
