Located in Five Points, off Denver’s light rail, NDHC developed ten condominiums which were sold to low and moderate, income clients. Two single-family homes were demolished (brick and lumber from the homes were salvaged) and an adjacent duplex was gutted to incorporate new floor plans. This new construction project was "built green" and all units received 5-star energy ratings. The project was completed in August 2001.
