Madison Healthy Homes

Madison Healthy Homes is a five-unit attached homeownership project consisting of three 3-bedroom and two 2-bedroom units. The project is currently under construction with completion set for spring of 2004. The project incorporates many green built, energy efficient and healthy indoor air quality features. The energy efficiency upgrades consist of increased insulation levels and efficient windows, furnaces and lighting and a solar hot water system for each home.
