Glenarm Lofts

Located in Five Points, just a block from Downing Light Rail Station, this loft project is currently in design and groundbreaking is slated for 2004. The project consists of eight condominium units, six 2-bedroom/1-bath and two 1-bedroom plus den/1-bath. The development includes off-street parking and private balconies for all but two units. The project design is the result of an international competition for young architects, sponsored by the American Institute of Architects
