What We Do

In Denver, as in most communities, a portion of the population struggles with the basic issues of decent, affordable housing and economic survival. Northeast Denver Housing Center’s Design and Development Studio is a private, non-profit community development corporation. NDHC’s development work addresses many of today’s urban concerns; blight, deterioration of housing stock and buildings, environmental clean-up, lack of sustainable energy efficient, built-green housing and lack of affordable housing. NDHC has a skilled staff for the development, financing, architectural services and construction management services.Northeast Denver Housing Center’s Design and Development Studio is organized to provide consulting and direct service in the following areas (for Northeast Denver Housing Center as well as private and non-profit entities). |
