Housing Counseling

Counseling services are provided by Group or One-to-One sessions
by appointment.
Home Certification Classes are offered once a month in group
sessions for clients interested
in purchasing a home. Local approved certification courses are offered by Housing and Urban Development and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. Northeast Denver Housing Center provides a comprehensive counseling services to clients in the following areas:
- Pre-Purchase – Assisting new home buyers in making responsible choices regarding the purchase of their home.
Foreclosure
- Foreclosure Counseling – Providing clients with guidance to prevent the loss of their home from foreclosure and predatory lending.
- Reverse Equity Loans – Educate seniors aged 62 and over on the options they have before taking an equity loan.
